Biography
Amal Elleuch is an Associate Professor at the University of Sfax, Tunisia. She
obtained her PhD from the National Engineering School of Monastir, Tunisia in
2013, and her HdR in Energy Engineering from The National Engineering School of
Monastir, Tunisia in 2018. Dr. Elleuch is a Professor of Energy Engineering at IPEIS,
University of Sfax, Tunisia. Since 2011 she has taught courses on thermodynamics,
fluid mechanics, fuel cells and renewable energies, pyrolysis, combustion and
gasification and fuel processing engineering. Dr. Amal Elleuch research activities
focus on the thermochemical and electrochemical conversion processes of biomass
and wastes (Pyrolysis, gasification, DCFC and SOFC fuel cells). Dr. Elleuch has over
14 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and over 30 papers in
international conferences. Dr. Elleuch was a Visiting professor at Tianjin University
of China in 2014 and 2018 and at Aalto university in 2017.
